Dear Visa Officer ,
Even though my visa application was rejected twice by your officer , i do think that I have a strong case and would like to present my reasons to your honorable visa officers as why I should be granted a visitor's visa. I respectfully request that you listen to my statement and give my application a reasonable re-evaluation:
2. In refusing my application ,the visa officer also wrote that I would be able to change my status from within Canada ,thereby remaining employed while spouse completes studies. This reason for rejection is even more unreasonable : What does the officer mean that "subject would be able to change her status from within Canada"? Does the law stipulate that only those who are NOT ABLE to change status from within Canada be granted a visa?
