星期五晚把该准备的都准备一下，首先最重要的当然就是我的那辆座骑了 打打气，拧拧螺丝，加点油(没有机油，只好用TESCO的sunflower oil代替了 )，再把变速器洗一下我看就差不多了吧。
然后是收拾行李，也不用带太多东西，雨衣，备用风衣，地图，止血贴，打气筒，纸和笔，Identification，相机，干湿纸巾和路上吃的这些是必带的。(钱不用带太多，有十来二十镑现金就行，一定要有coin特别是一镑的噢，再把卡带上需要时再刷)。至于吃的嘛，带太多会重，带少了怕路上给饿着了，倒是一件麻烦事 两罐Tango Orange，两袋面包，两个鸡蛋，一筒大品客，一盒草莓，一瓶凉白开和口香糖巧克力若干。。。绝对有多没少的
第二天一大早八点钟准时起了床，看看窗外居然没有太阳，还阴阴沉沉的，该死的weather.com，不管了，洗洗脸刮刮胡子然后马上接上电源做饭(米昨天晚上已经淘好，这么大的体力消耗没有米饭做后盾是不行的 )，打开烤炉把昨晚烤好的鸡翅和烧排骨热一热，用微波炉叮一叮剩菜辣椒炒熏鱼，再煮熟两个鸡蛋用保鲜袋装着放进品客盒里带着路上吃。吃饱了就往身上猛添衣服，这两天天气巨冷，约克诺丁汉都下雪了，还好我的毛衣棉帽大围巾不是白色的，要不就成中东恐怖分子了 出门几米准给人逮着。
